Clean room, pleasant location, with a convenient outdoor pool that was perfect for relaxation after a long day of travel, making it a good choice for those needing a brief stay.

The location was fantastic, and the lobby's design created a soothing atmosphere with its water features. However, the bed frame in the room was tattered, reflecting some needed upkeep. The lack of accessible electrical outlets was a drawback for modern travelers, and staff at the front desk provided inconsistent information about dining reservations.

Room was nice, but security concerns should be addressed ASAP.

Had an awesome time with friends! The location was ideal, just across from Mockingbird Station with great shops and eateries. We explored the area and caught a show at The Majestic Theatre. Everything was spacious and inviting in the room. Valet staff were great too!

The Spa King Room was spacious and clean, which was a plus. The bed was super comfortable, making it easy to relax. However, I noticed there was no coffee maker in the room, which was a bummer. Also, some decor was a bit dated and could use a refresh. Overall, it was a pleasant spot to unwind after a busy day.

I loved the inviting lobby, which features gorgeous decor and soothing water elements that instantly. The Knife restaurant is a must-try-seriously, their French toast is to die for! Plus, the heated infinity pool was such a relaxing escape. Swimming under the stars was lovely.

I loved the warm, slightly funky modern vibe of the hotel, and its proximity to Lakeside Park made for a perfect stroll to enjoy the beautiful views and greenery nearby.
